Synopsis

... When He Was A Boy! There are four contenders for the Superman shield active in Metropolis. This issue introduces us to the one who appears to be the youngest of the bunch. He's a clone of Superman, creates at Cadmus, and carrying the appearance of a 15 year old boy. He soon makes connections at a local TV station, and starts dealing with crime scenes they're prepared to catch on film. Superboy! A 2-page pull-out glossy poster of Superboy (by Grummett & Hazelwood)
