Synopsis

When scientist Ray Palmer became interested in his case, he soon learned that a switch to The Atom was the best bet for putting an end to the troubles of 'The Oddest Man On Earth." The Prisoners Who Vanished The Ivy Town police were faced with a perplexing problem -- how to keep criminals in jail!
