Synopsis
The Oddest Man On Earth
His name was Oscar D. Dollar or "Mister ODD" for short because every so often the normal world around him would go haywire and the oddest things would begin to happen. When scientist Ray Palmer became interested in his case, he soon learned that a switch to The Atom was the best bet for putting an end to the troubles of 'The Oddest Man On Earth."
The Prisoners Who Vanished
The Ivy Town police were faced with a perplexing problem -- how to keep criminals in jail! All these jailbirds had to "fly the coop" was clasp a couple of cell-bars and -- disappear! Only by hiding himself on a prisoner's person could The Atom hope to solve the mystery of "The Prisoners Who Vanished!"
