"Sorrow Street, Part Iii: Fishing For Bracuda" Catwoman disables her would-be assassins from the last issue and then attempts to inform a GCPD officer that Bracuda has bought the police in her neighbourhood. She arranges a meeting to pass on information, only to be attacked by the cop and his associates, who are all dirty. Happily for her, Robin is in the area and helps her out. Catwoman robs Bracuda's estate on the same night, and in retaliation he murders the men who were on guard. He also orders an attack on the leader of the citizen's group who are opposing his move into the neighbourhood, prompting a clash between them and his men.
