The World Is Mine! With the Cobalt Man reaching critical mass and threatening to explode, Nighthawk convinces the Hulk to carry Cobalt Man into New York Harbor thereby neutralizing the threat of Cobalt Man exploding. Returning the Cobalt Man to dry land, his injuries critical, Solarr and Rhino are transported back to Earth and attack the Defenders again, but are attacked and defeated by the mysterious Red Rajah, who easily defeats the two criminals. While the Defenders take Cobalt Man to Dr. Strange's Sanctum, Egghead uses the time as an opportunity to teleport into the Defender's base and steal the Star of Capistan. The combined efforts of Red Guardian and Clea heal Cobalt Man, who upon finding Egghead is furious to be used as somebody's pawn again, and uses his powers to apparently destroy both himself and Egghead.
