Oracle Inc., does a hostile takeover of the Rand Meachum Corporation. Phoebe Mars begs Namor for help after Stark Enterprises crushes her and brother Desmunds Corporation. Namor, Misty Knight and Colleen Wing enlist the aid of Dr. strange to transport them to K'un-L'un to search for Iron Fist. Once there, the three find Lei Kung "The Thunderer" who has been taken over by the H'ylthri.
