Chapter One: The Way Of The One The year is 1600. A former Samurai is reduced to a Ronin. He arrives at a temple for a meeting. Another known Samurai attacks him. They are supposed to be brothers, but the former Samurai is beheaded and killed. A man watches on. Five weeks later, some old men are belittling Ronin. He stands and threatens them. They stop and apologize. The man that saw the other Ronin get killed says, you are the one that cannot die. I buried you five weeks ago, and here you are. The Ronin is confused and goes to the Temple. There he meets the other former Samurai and his brother. He tells him that he has betrayed their former master. A fight breaks out, and Ronin kills the Samurai. He buries him with his other brother and says there is only one.
