Synopsis

Cross Purposes Lt. Falcon and Law & Order "kidnap" Hawk from the airport. They take him to a disused resort where they meet up with Chuckles and Fastdraw. Chuckles explains that they thought they were part of the G.I. Joe team, but were tricked by someone in the Pentagon. They are protecting a giant missile, that had been "lost". They discover that the missile is targeted at Cobra Island. Just then Zarana and Buzzer turn up with two Dreadnoks, Zanzibar and Monkeywrench, to destroy the missile. A battle ensues, Buzzer leaves for the Cobra Consulate to get backup. Meanwhile, the missile is remotely launched from the Pentagon. Buzzer returns in a helicopter with backup, blows up the missile, and escapes with his pals. Hawk tells the team they are now officially part of The Joes. Later, Chuckles storms into the Pentagon and demands the resignations of the men who tricked them.
